We sell an optional Hill Climbing Upgrade Kit. For just $29.99 you can easily install the kit that allows your scooter to climb an additional 30% grade. You will also gain 20% more take off speed (however, you lose 3 – 5 mph off of the top end speed).
Please call one of our team members to add this optional upgrade.
Yes. The Lunar Scooter 1000 charges by being plugged into any standard 120 Volt outlet. Your acceleration throttle has three convenient LED lights (labeled Max, Mid, Min) which light up and indicate the remaining charge on the battery.
The Lunar Scooter 1000 weighs 70 pounds. If you need to take the scooter up a flight of stairs and want to reduce the weight, the battery pack is easily removable and weighs 30 pounds (thus making the scooter without the battery just under 40 pounds).
Once your order is placed, scooters and accessories take typically 3 – 5 business days to arrive anywhere within the continental U.S. You are also emailed tracking codes on all items so you can track all products right on the UPS store.
